The Reds limp into Oracle Park having scored exactly one run in two straight losses to these Giants, and Wednesday's rubber match doesn't promise much relief. Cincinnati's offense is a 21-point batting average deficit behind San Francisco (.226 vs .247), and on the road they've been target practice—2-5 with nearly six runs surrendered per game. Nick Lodolo takes the bump sporting a bloated 5.04 ERA and 1.52 WHIP, numbers that scream "please tee off on me" to a Giants lineup that's been doing exactly that all series.

Landen Roupp counters with a 4.34 ERA that looks downright Cy Young-ish by comparison—a 0.70 run advantage that matters when the bats are this lopsided. The market has this priced as a virtual coin flip, but two games of evidence suggest otherwise: the Reds have managed half a run per contest in this season series and look completely overmatched.

DarkHorse is riding the home side again at Giants -115, the same price that cashed last night when San Francisco blanked Cincinnati's bats into submission. The value sits with the starter gap and offensive firepower, not to mention a Reds squad that can't buy a road win right now. Fade the visitors until they prove otherwise.
