The Brewers roll into Camden Yards riding two straight victories, both nail-biters decided by a single run—including last night's 1-0 squeaker. Now they send out their ace, Misiorowski, who's been absolutely untouchable this season with a 1.89 ERA, 0.81 WHIP, and strikeout rate that makes hitters look silly. Milwaukee's offense has been humming too, averaging better than six runs per game over their last 15. Everything points to a sweep, right?

Not so fast. Brandon Young (3.65 ERA) takes the ball for Baltimore and he's no pushover. More importantly, both games in this series have been one-run affairs—the exact kind of grind that makes laying -1.5 at bloated juice a sucker's bet. Yes, Misiorowski is the best arm on the planet right now, but the Orioles have shown they can keep it close at home. Milwaukee is 10-5 lately but they're winning tight, not blowing teams out.

DarkHorse likes the Orioles +1.5 at -105. You're getting a run and a half at near even money against a road favorite whose two wins here came by one run each. Misiorowski is elite, but in a series defined by razor-thin margins, taking the dog with the cushion is the sharper play than chasing Milwaukee at -210.
