The Blackhawks are limping into this one, and the Penguins know it. Chicago has dropped four of their last five and can't keep the puck out of their net, surrendering 4.33 goals per game while mustering just two per night on offense. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh is clicking, riding a win streak and playing the kind of structured hockey that makes life miserable for struggling clubs.

The goaltending gap tells the story. Arturs Silovs has been solid for the Pens with a 2.72 GAA, while Spencer Knight is getting shelled at 3.80. Sure, both are sitting at .885 save percentage, but context matters—Silovs is facing fewer quality chances thanks to Pittsburgh's 2.67 goals-against average, nearly two full goals better than Chicago's leaky defense.

And then there's the Bedard question. Connor Bedard remains on IR with his return status murky at best. Without their franchise centerpiece, the Blackhawks lack the firepower to keep pace with a Penguins squad averaging 3.5 goals per game.

DarkHorse likes Pittsburgh on the moneyline at -145, and it's hard to argue. The Pens have the goalie, the defense, the offense, and the momentum. Chicago? They've got question marks and losses. Lay the price and ride the visitors.
