Magic +1.5 at Phoenix: Rest Beats Home Court, Barely

The Suns host Orlando on November 5, and The Paddock Report is backing the road side with a small, honest lean: Magic +1.5, confidence 2 out of 5.
Here's the logic. Phoenix is playing the second night of a back-to-back, its third game in seven days. Orlando comes in with three days of rest. That gap is large enough to cancel most of the home-court edge the Suns would normally carry, which is why we're comfortable taking the points.
Phoenix also has a defensive problem. The Suns are allowing 124.33 points per game and have gone 1-5 recently. A defense leaking that many points makes it hard to trust Phoenix to win by a comfortable margin.
Orlando's offense is the reason this isn't a louder play. Their offensive efficiency sits at 106.2 against Phoenix's 112.0, so the Suns hold the cleaner attack on paper. That's the main thing keeping this from being a stronger lean.
The caveat is real. The samples are tiny, and the Magic are badly short-handed. This isn't a lock. It's a modest edge, sized at a modest confidence level, and that's exactly how we want to bet it.
