Bulls limp into Boston hoping their shooting can't get worse — spoiler: it can

The Bulls roll into TD Garden sporting a 22.6% three-point percentage that makes a drunken dart thrower look like Steph Curry. Through three games, Chicago's offensive catastrophe (40.9% from the field) has been masked only by their frantic 111.0 possessions per game — empty calories that vanish the moment they face a real defense.

Boston will gladly slow this circus down. The Celtics operate at a deliberate 96.6 possessions per contest, and when you control tempo against a team hemorrhaging 128.0 points per game, bad things happen to the visitor. Chicago's already playing without starter Nic Claxton, and their defensive structure looks like Swiss cheese left in the sun.

Sure, the Bulls' shooting will regress upward from historically awful — you can't stay that cold forever — but regression to mediocrity still means you're mediocre. Meanwhile, Boston's defensive efficiency should feast on Chicago's broken offensive sets, and this game has blowout written all over it. Blowouts mean empty fourth quarters, garbage time, and benches clearing early.

DarkHorse likes the under 233.5 here, and it's hard to argue. Boston dictates pace, Chicago can't shoot straight, and this one could get ugly fast. Take the under and watch the Celtics methodically suffocate whatever's left of Chicago's confidence.
